What Kaish Scout is

Kaish Scout is a web app for managing players, games, stats, official lineups, scouting notes, reports, watchlists, and game-prep materials.

First 10 things to do

  1. Sign in and confirm the correct workspace.
  2. Choose Team Workspace or Scout Workspace.
  3. Confirm the active sport and team.
  4. Add or import players.
  5. Create or import games.
  6. Enter or import stats for a test game.
  7. Build and save an official lineup.
  8. Create a private note and report.
  9. Open Game Prep and select a game.
  10. Save, print, and review your first Game Prep package.

Owner setup checklist

  • Create or select the team.
  • Confirm team profile, sport, and season.
  • Invite Coach/Staff users.
  • Add or import players.
  • Create or import games.
  • Test lineup publishing and Game Prep saves.

Coach/Staff setup checklist

  • Confirm you are in the right Team Workspace.
  • Review roster and schedule.
  • Enter or import stats.
  • Build official lineup.
  • Use Game Prep to prepare the selected game.

Scout setup checklist

  • Confirm Scout Workspace.
  • Pick the enabled sport.
  • Search players.
  • Add prospects, watchlist entries, notes, and reports.
  • Share reports intentionally when needed.

Parent/read-only note

Parent users should expect read-only lineup/public-style information. Parent users do not manage roster, games, stats, reports, notes, or Game Prep.
